    Features

    This 1 hp brushless DC motor has the same working principle and application characteristics as the DC motor, but not for their compositions. In addition to the motor itself, brushless DC motors also have more than a commutation circuit, and the motor itself is closely connected to the commutation circuit. Many low-power motors are integrated with the commutation circuit, therefore, judging from the appearance, brushless DC motors and DC motors are exactly the same.

    DC brushless motor itself is the mechatronic conversion part, which in addition to the motor armature and permanent magnet excitation, it also has a sensor. The motor itself is the core of the brushless DC motor, which not only relates to performance indicators, noise and vibration, reliability and service life, but also involves manufacturing costs and product costs.     I'm interested by your 750 watts 48V BLDC motor
    I'm currently building a mobile robot and I'm interested by your 750 watts 48V BLDC motor. The robot will be powered by a LiFePO4 48V battery. But, the 48V of the battery is the "nominal" voltage, when fully charged the battery voltage is 58V. If I power the motor directly from the battery, is there a risk of damaging the motor?

    Yes, we can customize 1-1.5 hp motors with 4000 rpm rated speed, but the housing temperature of the motor will increase by about 10-20 degrees when the motor runs at 4000 rpm.
    Gearbox ratio of 1hp brushless motor
    We asked about the possibility to purchase a 1hp BLDC motor but with a gear box ratio of 2:1 instead of 3:1. It did not look like this ratio was possible based on information from your website, but please let me know if such a gear box is available.

    For your 1hp, 24VDC BLDC motor; If we run its 24 VDC controller off of 28 VDC, will the motor spin 17% (28/24) faster or does the controller determine the speed despite the difference in voltage?
