    3 phase 750 watt power rating brushless DC motor, 3000 rpm rated speed, maximum speed up to 3600 rpm, 2.4 Nm holding torque, peak torque to 7.5 Nm, 24 volt, 48 volt,  72 volt, 96 volt DC voltage for selection. Its high power density, low-speed stability, large start-up torque, small start-up current, making it widely used in automatic machinery, medical institutions, electronic equiment etc.

    TIPS: 

    This 1 hp brushless DC motor has the same working principle and application characteristics as the DC motor, but not for their compositions. In addition to the motor itself, brushless DC motors also have more than a commutation circuit, and the motor itself is closely connected to the commutation circuit. Many low-power motors are integrated with the commutation circuit, therefore, judging from the appearance, brushless DC motors and DC motors are exactly the same.

    DC brushless motor itself is the mechatronic conversion part, which in addition to the motor armature and permanent magnet excitation, it also has a sensor. The motor itself is the core of the brushless DC motor, which not only relates to performance indicators, noise and vibration, reliability and service life, but also involves manufacturing costs and product costs. As applying the permanent magnetic field, the brushless DC motor gets rid of the traditional design and structure of the general DC motor, in order to meet the requirements of various applications market, and develop to be more copper saving and easier manufactured.

    Yes, you can buy our recommend 1 hp (750W) 24V/48V/72/96V brushless DC motor, we mean motor rated voltage is 48VDC, then supply the controller with 48VDC.
    Our application will require 50 ~ 100 units of 750W 48V BLDC motors
    For your 750W 48V BLDC motor, our application will require 50 ~ 100 units in the first year and 1,000 - 3,000 pcs annually after, can ATO meet that demand?
    Also, Class F insulation is pretty high, what is the grade of Neodymium magnet used in the rotor (NM, NH, NSH)?

    2. The grade of Neodymium magnet used is 35SH.

    This 750W brushless DC motor is 8 poles (4 pairs), the motor phase inductance and phase resistance parameters need to be tested during production to provide accurate values.
