When the butterfly plate rotates to 90°, the valve reaches the maximum opening. The wafer butterfly valve is simple in structure, small in size and light in weight, and consists of only a few parts. When the butterfly valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the only resistance when the medium flows through the valve body, so the pressure drop generated by the valve is small, so it has better flow control characteristics. The butterfly valve has two sealing types: elastic soft seal and metal seal. Elastic soft sealing valve, the sealing ring can be inlaid on the valve body or attached to the periphery of the butterfly plate.
Lug style type butterfly valve
The driving mode of the lug butterfly valvecan be manual, worm gear, pneumatic, electric, and the connection mode can be flange or wafer. The structure can be single eccentric, center line, double eccentric, and triple eccentric. The materials are cast steel and stainless steel. Flange type butterfly valve
Flange butterfly valve has the same function as wafer and lug type butterfly valve. It is suitable for drainage, sewage, food, heating, gas, ship, water and electricity, metallurgy with a temperature of 150℃ or less and nominal pressure of 1.6MPa or less. It is also suitable for two way sealing and valve body easy to rust occasions, as a flow adjustment and interception medium.
Double offset butterfly valve
Double offset butterfly valve is also called high performance butterfly valve. It is mainly used for drainage of water plants, power plants, steel smelting, chemical engineering, water source engineering, environmental facility construction, etc. It is especially suitable for water pipelines and used as regulation and interception equipment. Compared with the centerline butterfly valve, the double eccentric butterfly valve is more resistant to high pressure, has a longer life and good stability. The structural feature of the double eccentric butterfly valve is that the shaft center of the valve stem deviates from the center of the butterfly plate and the center of the body. The double eccentric effect enables the butterfly plate to be released from the valve seat immediately after the valve is opened, which greatly eliminates unnecessary excessive squeezing and scratching of the butterfly plate and the valve seat, reduces the opening resistance, reduces wear and improves the life of the valve seat. Double eccentric butterfly valve can use metal seat, which improves the application of butterfly valve in a high temperature field.
Triple offset butterfly valve
The valve stem axis deviates from the center of the disc and the center of the body at the same time, and the rotation axis of the valve seat has a certain angle with the axis of the valve body channel, which is called a triple offset butterfly valve. The triple eccentric butterfly valve is widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction and other industrial pipelines with a medium temperature of 425 ℃ or less for adjusting flow and carrying and breaking fluid.
