How to Use a DC Vibration Motor?
The vibration motor is an excitation source that combines the power source and the vibration source. A set of adjustable eccentric blocks are installed at each end of the rotor shaft, and the excitation force is obtained by the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and the eccentric block. The vibration motor has many advantages, including high utilization rate, low energy consumption, low noise and long service life. Next we will introduce how to use a DC vibration motor.
This is an ATO DC vibration motor.
Motor power line and controller (Speed governor).
Step 1: These three wires are connected to the motor. Red connect to 24V+, black connect to 0V.
Step 2: Power-on.
Step 3: Turn the knob clockwise.
The DC vibration motor starts to vibrate. Its speed is displayed on the controller. The higher the speed, the faster the vibration frequency. If you don’t fit it, it’s like a wild horse running off the rein.
